User tries to set-up a new wallet

What did not work?

The user can use the extension in read-only mode. However, when trying to create a new account and setting up a password for the extension, the user gets an 'Unexpected error' screen.

Unfortunately the logs here are mostly connection problems (looks like there's an issue connecting to Alchemy for this user) and don't include any errors around the password setup...

I wonder if this points to a different approach to expiring logs, where we expire each log level independently and then reinterpolate them by timing when we export...
