Feature Request: Ability to block notifications on certain days/times

I'd like to block notifications on the weekend only. Would you please consider adding a scheduling function (ability to set certain days and times) which determines when the notification filter is active?

interested would like to work on it. Idea i think is to check day before sending notification and have option to enable and disable day notification.

@MuhammadSaadSiddique You are welcome to work on it if you want, i'd work on it myself but im currently working on dark mode and new ui design (almost ready btw). im going to push the ui changes to the develop branch later today.

i was hoping it was possible to disable the notification service and re-enable when needed as that will eliminate the need to check everytime a notification is detected whitch might be heavier on the cpu however that does not seem to be feasiable so yeah the best option now is to check if the time/day is whitelisted and send the notification, otherwise filter it.
