Incremental Refresh for Custom SQL

Per recommendation in the README, this is a feature request for incremental refresh in custom SQL queries. I have a query where I need to group by some arbitrary tags in addition to timestamp (otherwise the data is huge). The incremental refresh could still operate using a "time > X" style filter, just with the additional tag aggregation. Thanks!

One of these days I'll find time to revisit this plug-in and make it compatible with Influx v2+ and Flux language. When that happens, I'll take another look at incremental refresh.
