Startup location is ignored and get started tutorial reappears

Describe the bug Despite having selected a particular folder as a startup location and having completed the Get Started tutorial, the tutorial always reappears on launch and the startup location folder is never opened.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Complete the Get Started tutorial
2. Set a folder to be the Startup Location
3. Restart TagSpaces
4. Observe the Get Started tutorial reappears

Expected behavior The tutorial shouldn't reappear, and the startup location should be shown.

The get started tutorial from the screenshot it always visible in the welcome area assuming there is enough window width. The question here is why the "Downloads" location is not loaded on startup... ?
