I am using Windows and have tested this issue on two different PCs: one with a Core i9-14700KF and RTX 5080, and another with a Core i7-11700F and RTX 3060 Ti. The same problem occurs on both systems.
I have tried saving the folders in different locations, including an M.2 SSD and a 2.5-inch SSD, but the slowdown remains the same. This suggests that the issue is on the software side rather than the storage device.
I also remember that, for the first two or three days after setting up the Core i9-14700KF with the RTX 5080, the software was running smoothly.
