Large video files become unchangeable once opened
Describe the bug I am unable to rename or move large video files after editing them with TagSpaces within the app.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Start assigning tags/thumbnails with TagSpaces to large video files (H264/MP4 files, 1.5 - 10 GB). I think this might be connected with these files opening in the preview tab and thus becoming locked in the process.
Expected behavior
- Moving/Copying these files (via drag and drop or via menu command) afterwards results in the following message: Copying files failed;
- Renaming such files (via menu command) afterwards results in the following message: Error while renaming [filename];
- Deleting the files fails with an error message: Deleting file [filename] failed;
- Reaming the directory that contains such file simply does nothing, no error message is displayed, but the name stays the same. TagSpaces displays an error message with some delay (around 10 seconds): Error in renaming directory;
- Deleting the directory also fails, TagSpaces says: Deleting the directory failed, the directory is probably not empty.
Desktop Application:
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
- TagSpaces Version 3.10.4
Additional context After moving to another file, which also 'freezes', the previous file does not 'unfreeze', you still can't move/rename it. Closing TagSpaces and opening it again 'unfreezes' the files until you open the preview again. With autopay on the preview disabled, the file still 'freezes'. It seems like just opening the preview is enough to 'freeze' the file, without actually starting playback. I don't know if this is relevant, but the files are stored on an external hard drive (formatted in NTFS). The tags are stored within sidecar files, not within the filename.
this appears to be Windows specific locking issue, we can not do much about it...
Closing since it is a chrome/windows issue
