C++ extension not working

Hey there! I love this port. It is very handy to have VS Code support. Firstly, thanks for that.

However, I need IntellSense; so I tried to download Microsoft's C++ extension. But, this didn't work. I've tried to install over the .vsix package, but this didn't seem to be working too. I've tried every version from 1.4.0 to 1.5.1, which was released yesterday.

Is there anything I can do?
