How to consume `pkgs/aapt2/default.nix`?

The aapt package included in the pkgs directory does no longer seem to be referenced from the root default.nix.

I wonder how to use it in a flake?

It's dead code at this point. I can put some effort into porting the maintained version from my work's internal codebase. It requires Gradle hacks to actually use it in a project.
