FR: add matching strategy for links

The plugin cautions of a performance hit for using 'partial' matching. I'd like to use partial matching just on internal links, since that's the default Obsidian link suggester behavior, while using prefix matching for the file and vault compliments to ease performance cost.

We have the option to do prefix/partial matching independently for the front matter, but not the internal links.
