A script or a tool will be a great help for the user to get the token.

there is a tool at integration scripts which can do that: https://github.com/tadam313/sheet-db/blob/master/test/integration_test/sheet_db_factory.js, I'll make it more prominent and visible in the README. Thanks pointing it out!
