Module links in Table of Styles point to outdated repositories

I am viewing the table of styles in the documentation, hosted at http://tachyons.io/docs/table-of-styles/. Each link to a module either 404s or goes to an outdated repository. Ideally it should link to the actual documentation on the subject.

nested is a 404. There may be others as well.

I am having difficulty finding it now, but when I filed this issue, at least one of the repositories had a notice saying it contained outdated information, and that I should look at the main tachyons repository instead.

I tested all links using wget --spider -r -nd -nv -H -l 1 -w 2 http://tachyons.io/docs/table-of-styles/, and https://github.com/tachyons-css/tachyons-code is the one other link that is a 404.
