Vertical/Webtoon modes crop out pages even when cropping is disabled.

Steps to reproduce

It happens intermittently, so difficult to reproduce. Seems to only affect Webtoon/Vertical/Continuous Vertical.

1. When scrolling a webtoon, sometimes pages get joined together incorrectly, as if an entire page is being excluded.
2. This happens even when cropping is disabled.
3. Tapping the crop button to turn it on, then tapping it again to turn it off, seems to fix it most of the time.
4. It doesn't seem source or chapter specific, sometimes even just re-opening the same chapter makes the problem go away, and the pages won't be joined together incorrectly like before. Has happened to me with the Tapas/TappyToon/Pocket/Bato/MangaDex extensions, essentially any of the ones I read with.

Expected behavior

With cropping disabled, no pages should be cropped or joined together at odd spots.

Actual behavior

Intermittently, pages get joined together oddly due to white space/black space, or just by excluding an entire page.

Happens on my Pixel C as well, Android 8.

Have checked other issues and nothing seems specifically like this because cropping is definitely off to begin with, so it's not a matter of the cropping being overly aggressive or just a mis-alignment issue.
