User Problem:

Sometimes users can have a lot of manga inside a category (either Default category or some user made category). In that case, say if user scrolls down the list looking for something the user would have to manually scroll back up.

How to solve the problem?

1. User clicks on the current category.
2. This automatically takes the user to the top of the category.

Corner cases:

If there's only the Default category Tachiyomi doesn't display the Category tabs so the above solution won't work there so we should consider adding an option in the menu reading "Goto top".
