Allow centering and adjustable positions of actions

Describe your suggested feature

After the latest update, it's become more difficult to save a page when operating one-handed (left). I'm not sure if this is common position, but I tend to have my left hand on top of my device while reading on my bed to keep it standing still. And having the save button be at the bottom right is the worst position possible in this case, as I have to stretch my thumb all the way down to the opposite corner. It's just extremely uncomfortable, so I'd like to see an option to center the actions and adjust the position of the save button.
