Add option to prevent closing pinned tabs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current behavior allows automatically closing pinned tabs, leading to frequent accidental closures. Ex. I often need to close all tabs except pinned ones but mistakenly close pinned tabs due to lack of safeguards.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a toggle option in the selection to prevent closing pinned tabs. Ex. Enabling the "Prevent closing pinned tabs" checkbox will stop automatic closure of pinned tabs.

Thanks for the report. Tab Wrangler should not be closing pinned tabs at all - that has always been a feature. I will confirm whether it is broken and put up a fix if that is the case.
