Application is not compiling in the first go.

Hi there, I had cloned the project and when I run maven clean install, it shows some test failures. Furthermore, the gpg plugin is also showing some errors while clean installing. Hence, I am unable to install this project without commenting few of the tests and the gpg plugin.

Do let me know the solution for this.
