Page / Card componement prevent scrollable Body

It seems that the Page / Card components are preventing any scrollable body even when the overflow is set to scrollable in the css. It's automatically overwritten to hidden. Watching at the tabler.css file didn't help either.

Couldn't find any explanation in the doc as to why it's happening and how to "fix" it
