Automate Build Testing using CI for both MacOS and Windows

Recent issue #347 shows that we are not correctly assessing our builds.

I would recommend using a CI app such as AppVeyor to automate a build on MacOS, Windows and Linux to ensure each release can build on all systems.

@GregoryHamel I will make this issue a priority. Even tonight, merging #346 broke the build, and it wasn't until ecdbd3f3d74398ee30c341445724fc80c6ed8738 that I was able to recognize that and fix it.
