Any thoughts as to what needs to happen with the CLAs here? All of these contributions were already in the gh-pages branch, so should have had a CLA in place, right?

@jorwoods it's probably due to the long history of changes here including some former Tableau folks, but not all of whom had signed the current SLA. I believe that @jacalata or I will be able to override that and merge once we review and are ready. (Hopefully!)
