Parameter works fine in Tableau desktop but It doesn't work in Tableau Server

Could you help me please with the parameter. The parameter in tableau desktop works very fine but when I move to Tableau server, The parameter doesn't load the new value changed in the sheet. Could be a problem of settings or of the parameter??

Hi @AdaJimenez, Can you tell me more about what is happening? Also, what site role is being used when viewing the dashboard? Do you see this behavior as an admin? -Keshia

Hello, I also face the same issue. The extension works properly on my tableau desktop but when I published the report to Tableau online, it did not work. I have a drop-down filter in the report which is passing value to this parameter but it just does not pass value to the parameter in Tableau online. I sign in as Tableau admin/creator of site and see same issue.
