Improve documentation for portrait/lansdscape orientation

Now that Tableau has added more features on Server/Online for controlling orientation we had a user get confused about that. The documentation around the mergepdf feature that talks about orientation should include specific instructions on how to set that using File->Page Setup->Print Scaling tab.
