Review valid character list for email address validation

We should take another look at our email address validation steps to make sure they're in line with RFC standards. Apostrophes are valid characters in the local part of email addresses, so we should not fail validation when we find one.

Link broken. I suspect many links will be broken if they were created prior to the Salesforce forums takeover.

Still an issue. Below just happened today. Apostrophe appears to have caused issue.
