Not Able to open tabmon workbook

Hi all,

i am facing below issue when i try to open tabmon workbook , i have followed each step to install tabmon , but later i am getting below error when i try to open tabmon workbook

ERROR: relation "public.countersamples" does not exist Position: 15 Unable to connect to the PostgreSQL server "localhost". Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested [database. tabmon error
