Remotely connecting tableau server from laptop

Hey Team,

Am facing the below issue when i try to remotely connect to the tableau server from local laptop.

Service cannot be started. Topshelf.TopshelfException: The service did not start successfully (returned false). at Topshelf.Runtime.Windows.WindowsServiceHost.OnStart(String[] args) at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)
