No filters effect on Dashboard when timezone after changed.

I changed to local time zone from GMT by below URL. https://github.com/tableau/TabMon/issues/179

but, [Events]'s dashboard is No filters effect When I dragged and dropped a piece of [Tableau Server Processes %CPU]'s dashboard of [What's Going On]'s sheet. Please teach me solution.

I changed contents below. ■Data source ・TabMon Timestamp (rounded) ・Server Auditing Timestamp (rounded) x2
