TabMon.CounterConfig.PerfmonCounterConfigReader - Unable to load PerfMon counters for host Primary

Getting an issue with TabMon.CounterConfig.PerfmonCounterConfigReader - Unable to load PerfMon counters for host Primary xxxx : network path was not found. The server's sit on three different AWS servers and i have remote pulling enabled. The hostname was pulled from cmd and then hostname and ip is the ipv4. Still getting the issue though
