Can not click Settings and Help buttons

@isublimity Hi.

I tried the 22.5.11, 22.5.17, and 22.05.25 versions and i can not click Settings and Help buttons or download any file. These buttons are not working for me.

How can I activate them or what do I need to know about this issue?
