Link to Webdex from dfn panels
While linking usage in other specifications might be even more useful, this would be a very decent middle ground and perhaps even a better solution for terms that are referenced all over, such as string.

Hmm, I'd rather just generate the same data (rather than reverse-engineer the ID format and hope the tool stays up).
Looks like they do all the generation necessary in https://github.com/dontcallmedom/webdex/blob/main/_tools/generate-pages.js#L472, so I should be able to copy from there.
As mentioned in OP that could become annoying for terms that are frequently referenced. I think we could work with @dontcallmedom on some kind of stability guarantees.
I could definitely see doing both. I think small lists would be listed inline, medium lists would be hidden in a details, large lists would be hidden and truncated, and then I can also link to webdex in every situation.
