Add Revoke Reason
Use Case
Add a reason as to why the [ban/warn] was revoked, so that an admin can determine if the revoked history should be taken into account.
For example:
- An admin may take into account a revoked ban with revoke reason "Ban Appealed" (as the player actually committed the offense)
- An admin may not take into account a revoked ban with revoke reason "Banned Wrong Person // Erroneous ban" (as the player did not commit the offense listed)
Proposed Solution
When pushing the revoke button, a new modal should pop up prompting the user for a reason. Then, once the ban modal is opened, another line with "Revoke reason" would be provided

I would prefer to add a "expire ban" button, where it would immediately expire the ban, without revoking it.

Sounds good! Actually ends up even better so that revoking is solely reserved "expunged" records of that type

That could bring dishonest moderation, even worse than revoking without reason.
Maybe change the "expiry" from the date to "Manually Expired by {admin}" so there's a chain of custody
