@taarushv as discussed, we'll merge all the smaller PR's into this (redis, postgres, goroutines for listeners and pipelining). Pinning this here so we can look at diff's as we incrementally merge into v2.

List of todos:

• [ ] Redis - Store UniV2, Sushiswap, ERC20 approve/transfer
• [ ] Containerize everything (use docker-compose)
• [ ] Postgres schema: transaction, bot operators
• [ ] Token flow metric: We need this containerized as a microservice preferrably (so we can run each txn and receive a json blob of individual token flows)
