small for me, big for the other one.

This feature already exists, you can click on one of the video to go in fullscreen mode. However, the feature lacks of a proper UI to make it discoverable.

I want a clear UI : me, the other one. Me face doesn't need to be so big, it's not a mirror. Full screen feature is useful.
