Power?

Hi, thanks. How are you powering the wemos, externally? A regular wallwart? Have you considered drawing power from the doorbell ac 8v?

Have a look at his analog version and you can implement in the bridge rectifier, voltage regulator and a couple capacitors. https://github.com/tIsGoud/Doorbell-via-Wemos

Hi, I was wondering the same. @J-eremy: In this version there is no power supply as well. So power has to come from externally somehow.

I made a very similar circuit and had to provide power externally as well. I wish there was a way to use the doorbells circuit to power the wemos however then unfortunately you are dependent on how long someone is pressing the doorbell button.

Has someone got an idea?
