Add readline support for Windows OS

Read line does not work on Windows except if you include the pyreadline in the requirements file 👍

Hello there :) Hoaxshell was not designed to run on windows. It's what some people call a "kali tool". Adding the pyreadline in the requirements makes the script run and even work at some level, but there are serious encoding issues that makes it hard to use and unreliable. Nevertheless, your input was really useful. I don't intent to make hoaxshell (fully) compatible with windows atm. I will leave this PR open, it might be useful for someone looking to run hoaxshell on windows and maybe i can look into it again in the future. Thanks again :)
