Improvements to segmented line

Spawned off an idea brought up in InSession, it would be useful to be able to pass a list of lines and points into a ROP. segmentedLineSdf can do this for a single connected line sequence, but it can't do separate lines. Ideally it would be possible to use an L-System SOP to drive it.
