[feature] Randomise new tab page from list of links (switching every day)

The ability to randomise the new tab page from a set of entered links would be nice, maybe switching it every day or every hour.

For the below option:  It'd be useful to have an option to have it ignore pinned tabs, whilst still being able to auto discard (not remove) pinned tabs

 Makes the title bar look weird, and turns the background transparent rather than blurred. Tested on fedora - gnome, on both wayland and x11. Back on arch + kde...

The plugin only works on individual image files and not images which are placed alongside notes. Obisidan: latest version OS: windows & linux
