feat: Add Biome.js Implementation

No but yes. If you want a better developer experience you should use Biome instead of Prettier and ESLint. It is better in performance and is together and compativle

An option in the CLI where you could choose between Eslint and biome and prettier and biome.

I don't know how to write the install script but i can help with how to use it with next.js. I implemented it and it is quite easy. You can reach my repo to see it. It works pretty well
EDIT: The repository is deleted because I make another one from scratch
As an update, I am actively working on this. Hopefully will have a PR soon!
