Initial studio mode support

This adds two new panels which allow you to select the preview scene and trigger a transition from Preview to Program. The transition time can be set in the Studio Control panel's settings.

A horizontal layout with three panels (Preview Switcher, Studio Controls, Scenes Switcher) makes it easy to control studio mode and monitor what scene is currently on Program.
