UI color bug

• WDD Version: 5.7.0-beta.1
• OS Version: 26100.6899

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make sure the OS color and WDD color is on dark mode
2. Select a theme that is not downloaded from the list
3. Click 'Click here to download' button then the list color becomes white

Are you using the Microsoft Store version of WDD?: NO

I'm able to reproduce this but don't think I can fix it in WDD. It seems to be a bug in WinForms when a ListView control is disabled (grayed out).
