I have a similar question to https://github.com/t1m0n/air-datepicker/issues/258

I want to set the step to 15, but also not have a default value. This helps in validating that the user did specifically choose a date rather than just leaving whatever defaulted there.

Is there a way to set the start date in a way that does not pre-select a date?
