Some Evolutions on rain-gauge-card, align to HA entity format & add Rain Storm

this allow now to round the values of rain and rain rate

  • yaml file type: custom:rain-gauge-card entity: sensor.xx_rain_today language: fr show_warning: false show_error: false hourly_rate_entity: sensor.xx_rain_intensity display_precision: '1'

card updated : image

By default there is as before no round

fix as well when issue on hourly is is unknow image

Set 0 in case of unknow
