Convert codebase to ARC, fix some bugs on Yosemite, and update project settings.

EDIT: Sorry, this PR was made by my mistake. It was meant to merge to uasi/aquaskk's master.

Anyways, do you have any interest in modernizing code or fixing bugs? If so, this PR has something worth checking out, I think.
