Animated stickers are included already, because the webp format supports it. You could try too see, example Bugcat Capoo stickers, they are animated stickers, and play well in Google Drive

k i know simple/plain URI encoding, :p , i thought it involved some hashing too.. kudos for ur link 👍 so, any update for 2020? or any little/way around u can tell us? a basic idea will be a totally game changer for me.
