It would be great, if the userimporter would support a file-export out of SchiLD-NRW. It's a xml-file containing userdata.
It would be great if you could install the userimporter as a normal Nextcloud app and access it from the admin menu inside the Nextcloud.
Nextcloud Version 29.x does not support a password shorter than 10 characters, this should be easy to fix by adding additional random characters
