PDF File not PDF 1.3 Compliant

Unfortunally this Tool does generate Documents not conform to PDF/A.

@MarkusvonStaden I'm not very familiar with PDF/A. Could you help me understand in which ways I would need to change the PDFs?

This is true... The tool is generating the documents, but I found few issues;

1. The output pdf is not PDF/A complaint as per @MarkusvonStaden
2. The final pdf does not flatten the files properly and that is probably because of the 1. above.

As soon as I open the final pdf in Adobe and save it again. The flatten option works, as I was using pdftk earlier. Read this for all the details on PDF/A
