Functional Ruutu addon

Support the new Ruutu.fi site. This provides basic functionality and allows to select the bitrate in the config. There's lots of room for improvement:

  • video listing could be fetched faster by not querying the Gatling server every time
  • downloading seems buggy even though the parameters should be correct. Problem on the Simpledownloader?
  • find a way to use streams (e.g. live TV)
  • no Sports category, could not find a suitable feed URL for that

This is my first try at XBMC addon so do tell if there's something incorrect going on. I was able to use the Addon on both Ubuntu and Windows fresh installations of Isengard.

Edit: modified the video handler a bit so it'll work properly with Chrome Play to kodi addon once https://github.com/khloke/play-to-xbmc-chrome/pull/72 merges.
