File transfer gets interrupted after the screen is locked.

When sending files from Chrome on Ubuntu 20.04 to Chrome on Android 13, the file transfer gets canceled if the Android device screen locks, and there's no way to resume the transfer.

Suggested features to add:

1. Manual pause for transfers.
2. Resumable transfers with the ability to resume from where they left off.
