Docs are fine, but to me it would make more sense to add a non-default flag to drop_backup (as mentioned above), if we want to do add a feature here....

I think this is an interesting find, it makes sense to me on the first reading, so partition-spec-id on the header of manifestFile is always the same as partition-spec-id of...
