No consistent qatt refresh on changing scraped files

Describe the bug When I change a file that is being scraped by a qatt query with templates, the results are not immediately refreshed. Hence, a manual qatt refresh is necessary. That used to work.

Expected behavior qatt block refreshed automatically on change of scraped files
