Improve invite code handling for multipliers

  • Show through color which code has been just created
  • allow to create multiple invite codes at once
  • allow to create invite codes for other users -> this shouldn't be available to multipliers, but a more trusted role?
  • mark invite code as given away -> and hide it afterwards?
