How to add Croatia air imaginary as a background?

Hi,

A nice mapper posted this url as (WMS) air imaginery source for a certain part of Croatia. Though having added it to Potlatch's background list no air photos are shown when this link is selected.. What am I doing wrong? Any help is really appreciated! Many thanks in advance.
